A heavy-duty locking chain gate will be installed at both the Main Entrance and the Utility Easement Entrance; two pairs of concrete posts are already constructed on the Southeast Main Entrance and the Southwest Corner Utility Entrance, we just need to install the heavy chain and pad locks.
